Get to Know Our Managing Director - Shakhti Ramson
Shakhti Ramson is a dynamic, seasoned professional with over 20 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning Operations Management, Human Resources, Business and Life Coaching, Conflict Resolution, Mediation, Staff Training, and Accounting. Her diverse career journey reflects a unique ability to adapt, connect, and deliver results across a range of industries and cultures.
After several successful years in the USA, Shakhti re-migrated to Guyana, taking on the roles of General Manager & Corporate HR Executive for “sister-Companies”. Her leadership in these roles illuminated key developmental gaps in Guyana’s evolving corporate and community landscape—insights that inspired her to establish her own company, aimed at bridging those very gaps, as well as addressing these emerging needs with sustainable, people-focused strategies.
While Shakhti's academic foundation began in Guyana, she continued her academic, personal & professional development over the decades internationally via corporate experience and certifications in finance, management, legal studies, human resources, and life & business coaching.
Before returning to Guyana, Shakhti operated as a Financial Advisor, Insurance Broker, and Benefits Coordinator across 15 States. She empowered individuals and families to achieve financial stability and long-term security. Her earlier roles include Staff Accountant, Bookkeeper, and Legal Assistant -- each contributing to the depth and breadth of her experience. These diverse roles reflect her ability to integrate financial acumen with people management, operational oversight, and organizational growth.
Outside of work, Shakhti is an avid adventurer and community advocate. A former competitive swimmer, badminton player, drag racer, and classical dancer, she now channels her adventurous spirit in her spare time by skydiving, snorkeling, skiing, and supporting charitable causes. She remains deeply grounded in her spirituality, and is passionate about family, cultural exploration, upliftment, team-building and community building — though she’s unapologetically averse to tropical heat.
Shakhti brings a rare blend of strategic acumen, operational efficiency, emotional intelligence, and cultural awareness to every initiative she leads. Her commitment to fostering inclusive environments and building authentic relationships makes her not just a leader, but a catalyst for meaningful growth.
